Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Raisolve ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Raisolve, Inc. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Raisolve is an AI-powered customer support automation platform that integrates with Gmail and Shopify to help e-commerce businesses automate and manage customer inquiries. Features include:

• AI-generated email responses using real Shopify order data
• Email triage, classification, and routing
• Knowledge base management and AI training
• Analytics and reporting
• Shopify store integration and product catalog sync

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@raisolve.com

You may not share your account with others or create accounts for automated use without our written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Raisolve only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited emails, or harass customers
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
• Use the Service to impersonate another person or entity fraudulently
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any disruptive code
• Use automated tools to abuse the API beyond documented rate limits
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

5. Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize Raisolve to read, draft, and send emails on your behalf for customer support purposes. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or from the Raisolve dashboard. Raisolve's use of Gmail data is governed by Google's API Services User Data Policy.

6. Shopify Integration

By connecting your Shopify store, you authorize Raisolve to access order, customer, and product data for the purpose of generating accurate support replies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Raisolve complies with Shopify's terms of service.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you bring into Raisolve (emails, Shopify data, knowledge base content). By using the Service, you grant Raisolve a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

8. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Prices are listed at raisolve.com/pricing and may change with 30 days' notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.

9. Free Trial and Credits

Raisolve offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Upon registration, you also receive 1,000 free tokens to use immediately. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Trial accounts have full access to all features.

Regarding tokens:

• Each AI action consumes tokens from your balance (e.g., AI draft = 2 tokens, email send = 5 tokens)
• When your token balance reaches zero, AI-powered actions are paused until you top up or your plan renews
• Paid plans include a monthly token allocation that resets on your billing date
• Additional tokens can be purchased at any time (top-ups: 500 for $12, 2,000 for $35, 5,000 for $75)
• Free trial tokens and complimentary credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Unused monthly plan tokens do not roll over to the next billing period
• Top-up tokens (purchased separately) do not expire while your account is active

10. Intellectual Property

Raisolve and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Raisolve, Inc. and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing responses before they are sent to customers (in manual mode).

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raisolve, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if Raisolve has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Raisolve in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raisolve, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the exception of injunctive relief claims which may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
