Revenue Loop connects to your Shopify store via a native webhook. When a delivery event fires (carrier marks the order as delivered), Revenue Loop waits your configured delay — 2h, 24h, or 48h — then sends a personalised review request email to the customer. No manual work is required after initial setup.
Revenue Loop supports Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and on-site product review forms. Each email includes deep links to the platforms you have configured. You can enable all three at once or select specific platforms per product category.
When a customer submits a review through one of the linked platforms (or your on-site form), Revenue Loop detects the submission via webhook and immediately sends an upsell email containing a unique Shopify discount code. The code is generated automatically and expires after 72 hours to create urgency.
Yes. In the Revenue Loop dashboard you can configure the discount percentage (e.g. 10%, 15%, 20%), set it as a fixed-amount discount, or restrict it to specific product collections. You can also set a minimum order value for the code to be redeemable.
Revenue Loop works with all Shopify plans — including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. It connects via Shopify's official app integration and does not require any theme code changes or developer work.
You can create two subject line variants for your review request email. Revenue Loop splits incoming deliveries 50/50 between variants, tracks open rates and review conversion rates for each, and automatically promotes the winning variant once statistical significance is reached (typically after 200 sends per variant).
Revenue Loop only processes customer email addresses that exist within your Shopify order data — data you already hold consent to contact for transactional purposes. Sending a post-purchase review request is considered a transactional communication and falls within legitimate interest under GDPR. All emails include an unsubscribe link. Customer data is never sold or shared.
Setup takes approximately 5 minutes. You install the Raisolve app from the Shopify App Store, connect your store, add your Trustpilot and/or Google Business profile URL, configure your email timing and discount settings, and activate. The first review request email will fire automatically on the next delivery event.
Revenue Loop supports multi-language email sending. It detects the language set in the customer's Shopify order and sends the review request and upsell email in the matching language. Currently supported: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and Swedish.
When a customer uses a Revenue Loop-generated discount code at checkout, the resulting order value is attributed to the Revenue Loop channel in the analytics dashboard. You can see total attributed revenue, code redemption rate, review-to-purchase conversion rate, and a full funnel breakdown — all in real time.
