Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
Raisolve offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You also receive 1,000 free tokens upon registration. You will never be charged without explicitly choosing a paid plan.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For all new paid subscriptions, we offer a full refund if requested within 30 days of your first charge. To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Email billing@raisolve.com with your account email
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- We will process your refund within 5 business days
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription). Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, then deleted
- You may export your data at any time before deletion
4. Refunds After 30 Days
After the 30-day guarantee period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- Extended service outages exceeding 99.9% monthly uptime SLA
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Account termination by Raisolve without cause

5. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are charged upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. Refunds for annual plans:
- Full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase
- Pro-rated refund for unused months if cancelled due to a service issue on our end
- No partial refunds for voluntary cancellations after 30 days
6. Token Refund Policy
Tokens are consumable credits that power AI actions on the platform. The following token refund rules apply:
- Free tokens (signup bonus): The 1,000 tokens received upon registration are complimentary and non-refundable under any circumstances
- Monthly plan tokens: Tokens included in your monthly subscription are non-refundable. Unused tokens do not carry over to the next billing period
- Purchased top-up tokens: Token top-ups ($12, $35, or $75 packages) are refundable only if requested within 7 days of purchase AND fewer than 10% of the purchased tokens have been consumed
- Erroneously consumed tokens: If tokens are consumed due to a platform error or bug on our end, we will restore them to your balance within 2 business days upon verification
To request a token refund or restoration, email billing@raisolve.com with your account email and details of the issue.
7. Service Credits
For service disruptions that breach our SLA, we will automatically issue service credits to your account. Credits are applied to future invoices and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve billing disputes quickly and chargebacks may result in account suspension. Email billing@raisolve.com with your invoice number.
