Yes. Billing data is stored in your private Supabase instance, which you own and control. InvoiceAI does not retain or share customer billing data. You can delete any record at any time.
InvoiceAI is not auto-send. Before any invoice is dispatched, you review the extracted fields and the generated PDF. You can edit any field before clicking Send. The AI handles 95%+ of cases perfectly, but you always have final sign-off.
