Agent Brain is powered by Claude Opus 4.6 by Anthropic — one of the most capable AI models available. Claude excels at nuanced, context-aware communication which makes it ideal for customer support: replies are empathetic, accurate, and written in your brand voice.
Every reply is scored for confidence before sending (0–100%). You set the threshold — for example, "auto-send above 85%". Anything below your threshold goes to your approval queue for human review. This means the AI only sends replies it is confident about, and edge cases always reach a human.
Agent Brain reads real emails from your Gmail or Outlook inbox — not a chat widget. It pulls live Shopify order data (tracking numbers, order status, return eligibility) into every reply. Yes. When you reject or edit a draft, you can add a brief note explaining why. Agent Brain uses this feedback to improve future drafts on similar ticket types. The more you interact with the approval queue, the more accurately Agent Brain reflects your preferences.
Yes. Agent Brain connects to your existing Gmail or Outlook account via OAuth — no forwarding rules or new email addresses needed. Replies are sent from your real support email address (e.g. support@yourstore.com), so customers see no difference.
Before sending any reply, Agent Brain evaluates how confident it is in the accuracy and completeness of the response on a 0–100% scale. High-confidence replies (clear order status questions, standard FAQs) score 90–99%. Complex or ambiguous emails score lower. You set a threshold in Settings — anything above auto-sends, anything below goes to your queue.
