Click "Connect Gmail"
From your Raisolve dashboard, go to Integrations → Gmail and click Connect. You will be redirected to Google OAuth.
Authorize with Google
Sign in to the Gmail account you use for customer support. Grant Raisolve permission to read and send emails. This takes about 30 seconds.
Set your preferences
Choose your polling frequency, default reply mode (manual or auto), and which labels or filters to watch.
Your inbox is live
Raisolve begins monitoring your inbox immediately. Existing unread emails are imported for triage within 60 seconds.
Google API Services User Data Policy compliant
Raisolve's use of Gmail data is limited to providing the customer support features you authorize. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, do not allow humans to read your emails except for debugging with your consent, and comply fully with Google's Limited Use requirements.
